Welcome to Ree Even Hire Centre

We are an independent Plant and Tool Hire Company established in 1975 to serve the local community of Brighton, Hove, and surrounding areas but we now deliver throughout Sussex.

Our first 34 years we traded from the purpose built premises situated in Portland Road Hove, supplying labour saving equipment to the trade and DIY . Our equipment ranges from a 4” drain plug to the latest 3 ton zero tail swing Diggers and Skip loading dumpers.

Due to business expansion our premises in Hove were sold in March 09 and we are now at Bigger & Better premises with easy access and parking.

Workwear

We now have our own designated showroom stocking most leading brands including Snickers – Dickies – Portwest – Pen Carrie, please visit the workwear section of our website.

Our staff are knowledgeable & highly trained and are always available to give help & advice freely.

The company ethos is service. To deliver to you the customer, the right tools at the right price at the time you require it, for as long as you want it. While we remain predominantly plant & tool hire business we always stock items for sale! From sledgehammers to mini diggers.

Equipment

We stock: Angle Grinders and Cutters, Carpet Machines, Concrete Mixers, Extension Leads, Excavators (360%). Hammers-Breakers-Drills (resharpening charge extra) Generators, Sanders, Saws, Lifting Equipment, Plumbing Equipment and Vacuum Equipment.

We also hire a range of non-mechanical plant including Acrows, Props and Trench Struts. Aluminium Ladders, Staging (Youngmans) 18" wide, Superboards 24" wide, Trestles, Transporting Equipment, Painting Steel / Aluminium Trestles, and Fibre-Glass Steps. Long and short-term hire rates available. But must be agreed at start of hire.
