We are an independent Plant and Tool Hire Company established in 1975 to serve the local community of Brighton, Hove and Sussex, and since 1990 we are proud to have been a part of the John Jarvis Group of companies established in 1883. We have been at our present purpose built premises situated in Portland road Hove since 1978. Supplying labour saving equipment to the trade and DIY for over thirty years. Our equipment ranges from a 4” drain plug to the latest 3 ton zero tail swing Diggers and Skip loading dumpers.

Our staff are knowledgeable & highly trained and are always available to give help & advice freely.

The company ethos is service. To deliver you the customer, the right tools at the right price at the time you require it, for as long as you want it. While we remain predominantly plant & tool hire business we always stock items for sale! From sledgehammers to mini diggers.

Equipment

We stock: Angle Grinders and Cutters, Carpet Machines, Concrete Mixers, Extension Leads, Excavators(360%). Hammers-Breakers-Drills (resharpening charge extra) Generators, Sanders, Saws, Lifting Equipment, Plumbing Equipment and Vacuum Equipment.

We also hire a range of non mechanical plant including Acrows, Props and Trench Struts. Aluminium Ladders, Saging (Youngmans) 18" wide, Superboards 24" wide, Trestles, Transporting Equipment, Painting Steel/Aluminum Trestles, and Fibre-Glass Steps. Long and short term hire rates available. Must be agreed at start of hire.
